Items sold are not allowed to return & refund. Please check your sizes with our customer service here & check the correct measurements here before purchasing. 


1) Items with defects due to manufacturing are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item(s) ordered.

2) Items can be returned for a refund in the form of our online store credit, provided the item(s) is returned in new and original condition with original product packaging, price tags and labels.

3)  will bear the shipping fees when we send the wrong or defective item(s) to you. We will refund the shipping cost by store credit ( gift card ) to you. Please provide the shipping receipt to our customer services.

4) will not be liable for any loss or damage of your return package and/or item(s) handled by your preferred courier company. In person returns directly to our eCommerce Customer Service address WILL NOT be entertained/accepted.

5) Returns that do not meet our return policy will not be accepted and will be returned the item that you bought back to you.

6) Return item(s) is returned in neutral scent / smell such as no perfume scent, body scent, cigarette smoke etc... 

7) reserves the right for final decision of return.

➢ If the item(s) has been discounted either by promotion or discount codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount i.e. paid price for the item(s) less the discount amount as indicated on the invoice/Receipt

➢ If the item(s) is below RM399 we will refund the store credit with product price + shipping prices ( that you ship back to us ) + shipping prices ( RM30 )

➢ Delivery charges or any tax paid in the original order are non-refundable. reserves the right to deny the refund if the item(s) returned are damaged on purpose, and not done in accordance with our Return Policy. We only accept manufacturing defective/wrong items sent out.

Steps of Return

i) Please fill up the Return Form here.

ii) Once confirmed, we will email you a Return Confirmation Document and your Packing Slip.

iii) You need to print the Return Confirmation Document & Packing Slip and put it inside your parcel before courier it back to us.

iv) Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect the returned item(s) in new/good/unworn/unwashed conditions.

v) The refund process may take up to 14 working days once our team received your returned parcel. We will inform you if the return is eligible for a refund.

vi) The refunds will be credited to you in the form of our online Store Credit. The Store Credit can be spent for your next purchase at
